Ai Fitness Agent processes the following categories of data:

• Workout logs (exercises, repetitions, sets, weights, timestamps)
   
• Body measurements (e.g., weight, BMI, body fat percentage, muscle mass, circumferences)
   
• Chat content entered by the user
   
• Subscription status information (via Google Play)
   
• Optional Google Drive backup data
   

This data may qualify as health data under Article 9 GDPR.

Processing is based on:

• Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – User consent
   
• Article 9(2)(a) GDPR – Explicit consent for health data
   
• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – Contractual necessity (subscription features)
   

All personal and health data is stored locally on the user’s device.

Optional backups are encrypted and stored in the user’s personal Google Drive account.

If the user provides an API key for AI providers (such as OpenAI or Google Gemini), the key is securely  stored locally using Android’s secure encrypted storage mechanisms  and is not accessible to the developer.

When AI features are used:

• Selected user data is transmitted directly to the chosen AI provider.
   
• The developer does not receive, store, or access the API key.
   
• The AI provider processes data according to their own privacy policies.
   

Users are responsible for reviewing the privacy policies of:

• OpenAI
   
• Google Gemini
   

Subscriptions are processed through Google Play. The developer does not receive payment details such as credit card information.

Data remains stored locally until:

• The user deletes it
   
• The app is uninstalled
   
• The user uses the “Delete All Data” function
   

Users have the right to:

• Access their data
   
• Delete their data
   
• Withdraw consent
   
• Data portability (export)
   

All data can be deleted or exported directly within the app.
